The Parallel SecureLock™ configuration is designed for floor joists running parallel to the basement wall. A support strap system distributes loads across the joist structure while securing the wall brace system in place.
The Perpendicular SecureLock™ configuration is engineered for floor joists running perpendicular to the basement wall. Heavy-duty wall plates and support assemblies create a rigid stabilization system capable of resisting significant hydrostatic pressure loads.
Engineered to Perform
Each SecureLock™ system utilizes a heavy-duty W4 x 13 steel I-beam anchored to the basement footing and connected directly to the floor framing system for reliable structural reinforcement. Components are manufactured from hot rolled steel and protected with hot-dip galvanized finishes for long-term durability.
