What is a helical pier?
A helical pier is a steel foundation pin with helices. You can think of a helical pier as being “foundation screws.” Helical piers are installed by drilling through the shifting soil to a stable load-bearing strata. After the installation has reached the specified depth and verified capacity, a steel foundation bracket is connected to the ECP helical pier and your home’s foundation. Our helical piers come with an industry-leading 25-year warranty.
How much can foundation repair cost?
The total cost for foundation repairs will depend on the severity, the equipment needed to repair your foundation, and the labor cost. It’s best to be preventative and fix minor foundation issues before they lead to more significant problems. Foundation problems often happen gradually and slowly over time, so there are ways to catch them before damaging your home. Many of our partners also offer financing solutions to help with the cost of foundation repairs.
