Commercial pool decks are exposed to constant moisture, soil movement, and heavy foot traffic. Over time, voids can develop beneath concrete slabs, causing settlement, cracking, uneven walking surfaces, and drainage issues that allow water to collect near the pool structure.
PolyPier® systems are used to lift, level, and stabilize settled concrete by injecting expanding polyurethane material beneath the slab. The material fills underlying voids, improves soil support, and raises the concrete toward its original position without removal or replacement.
