Residential Void Fills
Subsurface Stabilization with PolyPier®

Voids beneath concrete slabs and structures can develop due to soil erosion, water movement, poor compaction, or utility trenching. When voids are left unfilled, unsupported concrete can settle, crack, or fail, leading to surface damage, safety concerns, and long-term structural issues.

PolyPier systems are used to fill subsurface voids and stabilize soil by injecting expanding polyurethane material beneath slabs or structures. The material expands to fill empty spaces, improve load transfer, and restore support without the need for excavation or concrete removal.

When properly designed and installed, void filling helps prevent further settlement while improving the overall stability of the affected area.
