Commercial sidewalks are exposed to constant foot traffic, weather, and soil movement. Over time, voids can develop beneath slabs, causing settlement, cracking, and abrupt elevation changes that create safety hazards and accessibility concerns.
PolyPier® systems are used to lift, level, and stabilize settled sidewalk concrete by injecting expanding polyurethane material beneath the slab. The material fills underlying voids, improves soil support, and raises panels toward their original elevation without removal or replacement.
