It serves as an internal “skeleton” for the foundation, transferring the load from the failing masonry into the home’s floor system and concrete footing. Because the system is installed entirely from the interior, it is the ideal choice for jobs where property lines, porches, or underground utilities make exterior wall anchors impossible.

What Does the Wall Brace Include?

  • A W4x13# I-beam
  • A bracket to attach the beam to the floor joists. This bracket differs depending upon whether the joists are running parallel to or perpendicular to the wall
  • A floor bracket that connects the beam to the concrete footing.
