We offer several variations on helical piers, each with its own strengths. ECP manufactures multiple types of round and square bar helical piers. The torque ratings range from 5,500 ft. lbs. to 13,000 ft. lbs., and the ultimate capacities go all the way up to 120,000 pounds.
All this is a way to say, we ensure that we have the tools to meet your foundation repair needs. Need to drill deep to reach a load-bearing stratum? We have extension rods. Facing soil conditions different from what you were expecting? You can swap out the pier you were using for one with a different number (1-4) or size (8″-14″) of helical plates.
And they are all connected to home with ECP’s eccentric pier brackets, which also come in different models to fit both the building and the piers being used.

Steel Push Piers
ECP was built off our steel piering system, and we haven’t stopped looking for ways to improve it so it remains the industry standard.
Sunk into the ground, ECP steel piers have ultimate capacities up to 99,000 pounds.
Like with our helical piers, ECP offers a variety of piers to meet the needs of a variety of jobs. And that starts with the brackets.
Our push pier eccentric brackets include ones with two and four inch offsets to avoid obstructions around the home’s foundation. They also include a wall-mounted pier for homes with damaged footings.
And those are just the eccentric piering systems. ECP’s push piers also can be used with our concentric piering bracket, the only engineer-approved piering system that eliminates bottle jacks and shims from the lifting process.
Also falling under the ECP push pier family are two specialty products. Our crawl space jack (and accompanying crawl space jack pad) can provide support to crawl space beams that are sagging either due to wood rot or problems with the existing crawl space piers.
Micropiles, which utilize a grouted column around the pier, are perfect for foundation repair in rocky, problematic soil.

Wall Repair Products
We know many foundation repair contractors also fix other structural issues, including bowing walls. ECP offers two different systems that provide lateral force to strengthen basement walls that are bowing and cracking under hydrostatic pressure from the surrounding soil.
ECP’s plate anchors and helical anchors can provide stability to fix structural issues with basement walls. And they can work on more than just basement walls. Our helical anchors can be used in everything from retaining walls to seawalls to counteract the forces pushing against the wall from within the soil.
While those solutions rely on providing a lateral force, the third provides strength to the wall itself. ECP distributes Carbon Fiber wall supports. They link the foundation base with the house framing using one of the few materials even stronger than steel, carbon fiber.
