Looking back on our Driven conference in 2018, this time marked a significant milestone for Earth Contact Products, bringing together our partners for a memorable event filled with insights, networking, and innovation. One of the highlights of the conference was the introduction of the “Project of the Year Award,” a prestigious recognition bestowed upon contractors who demonstrate exceptional skill, craftsmanship, and innovation in their projects. We were thrilled to present the inaugural award to Dalinghaus Construction for their outstanding Concrete Tilt-Up job.
Dalinghaus Construction’s remarkable project involved the repair of a 55,000 square foot building in California, constructed in 1988. Facing significant settlement and lateral movement, the building presented formidable challenges. Leveraging a combination of push piers, helical tie-backs, and 10,000 pounds of polyurethane grout injection, Dalinghaus Construction executed a comprehensive foundation repair solution, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the building for years to come.
