Residential Waterproofing Training

Earth Contact Products (ECP), along with partners Rhino, AprilAire, and Pro Series, will host a residential waterproofing training course at our Olathe, Kansas headquarters. This course provides contractors and installers with practical product information and installation training for interior, exterior, and crawlspace moisture control systems.

Course Content

The training event covers the following product applications:

• Interior Drainage & Sump Systems: Installation of sub-floor drainage channels, trenching methods, and sizing for Pro Series primary and battery-backup sump pumps.
• Crawlspace Encapsulation: Practical application techniques for installing vapor barriers to manage moisture levels in crawlspaces and basements.
• Dehumidification Systems: Product setup, placement, and sizing training for AprilAire units to regulate indoor humidity.
• Exterior Waterproofing Overview: A review of exterior drainage components, drywell systems, and foundation membranes used to divert water away from the structure.
