Concrete Lifting Foam

Concrete lifting foam—commonly known as “polyjacking”—is a highly effective and modern solution for raising and stabilizing sunken concrete slabs. PolyPier® by Earth Contact Products (ECP) is a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam specifically engineered for this purpose. Injected through small drilled holes into the sub-surface beneath a slab, the two-part resin reacts to create a rapidly expanding foam that hydraulically lifts the slab, fills voids, and densely compacts underlying soil.

Polyurethane Foam Products:
PolyPier® by Earth Contact Products offers a comprehensive lineup of high-performance polyurethane foam systems engineered for the diverse needs of contractors in concrete lifting, void filling, soil stabilization, and insulation.

Lifting Foams for Residential Jobs:
Their PROLINE series includes products like P2-010, P2-024, and P2-044—low-density lifting foams (2.0–3.0 lb/ft³) tailored for precise slab-leveling in residential and pool deck applications, with hydrophobic variants that maintain integrity even under wet conditions.

Foams for Commercial Jobs:
For demanding commercial environments and heavy-duty infrastructure, foams such as P2-030, P2-042, P2-003, P2-011, and P2-486 deliver higher densities (up to 4.8 lb/ft³), exceptional flow, and stability in saturated, high-lift, or DOT-grade scenarios.

Concrete Lifting Training

PolyPier® by Earth Contact Products (ECP) delivers a robust Concrete Lifting Training experience—known as PolyPier School—designed to empower contractors with both foundational knowledge and hands-on mastery of polyurethane foam lifting. Over the course of a multi-day curriculum, participants delve into the science of the PolyPier system, covering foam chemistry, best practices for injection gun operation, pinpointing optimal injection locations, and essential safety protocols.

PolyPier Calculator:
The PolyPier Calculator App, part of Earth Contact Products’ ECP Jobsite Calculators suite, is a powerful tool designed to streamline pre-job planning and material estimation for contractors. This intuitive app allows users to quickly calculate the exact amount of PolyPier polyurethane foam needed—just input project dimensions (like length, width, and settled depth), and it returns estimates for square footage, void volume, free-rise density, required cubic footage, and cost (with optional overage percentage).

Concrete Lifting Equipment

PolyPier®, a division of Earth Contact Products (ECP), equips contractors with a complete suite of professional-grade concrete lifting tools engineered for efficiency, precision, and long-term reliability. Central to the system are robust spray foam proportioners, such as PMC’s PH-2 through PH-55 models, capable of delivering accurate flow rates ranging from 28 to 55 pounds per minute and featuring advanced controls like auto shutdown, digital temperature regulation, and pressure balance control.

Sprayfoam:
At PolyPier®, we offer an effective line of spray-applied polyurethane insulation foams designed to enhance energy efficiency and building performance across a wide range of projects. Our PROFILL OC-500 PLUS open-cell spray foam delivers seamless air sealing, excellent sound dampening, and cost-effective insulation with a low-density profile (about 0.5 lb/ft³), making it ideal for interior applications and wall cavities.
